We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use.

None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

• Each item Frau Blau is made to order. Please note that the time from order payment to delivery to the customer or pickup is up to 30 calendar days.
• You can change your mind and return or exchange the product without explanation during 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
• The product will be accepted for return or exchange if it is returned, accompanied by the purchase receipt, and meets the following conditions: the product has not been used, has no foreign odors, and has the original label.
• If you want to exchange the purchased item for another, the manufacturing period for the new item is 30 calendar days and requires additional payment for courier delivery.
• You can exchange the purchased the product for another at the price indicated on the purchase receipt, or for a higher-priced item with the payment of the price difference.
• Contact us to arrange the return delivery of the product — this is done by courier at the customer's expense (37 NIS, or according to the courier service's rates).
• Refunds will be issued during 30 calendar days, provided the product is returned, accompanied by the purchase receipt, and meets the conditions mentioned above.
• We will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund. All tags and labels should be attached.
• Please note that refunds are issued in full, minus 5% of the total payment amount (retained by the clearing company for processing payment transactions).

On Israel you can choose between Paid Courier Delivery or Self-Pickup:

• Paid Courier Delivery - 37 NIS, or according to the courier service's rates:
  Provide your exact address and phone number when purchasing. The courier will contact you after your order is received to arrange the delivery date and time to your specified address.
• Free Self-Pickup:
  Pickup points in Tel Aviv—Jaffa and Ramat Gan - we will contact you.

We use a special image application and printing technique. Our clothes offer comfortable and figure-flattering fit. All products are made with breathable and elastic knitted microfiber. Our fabrics are mashine washable and don’t need ironing.

• Our signature style features original graphic designs creating the perfect trompe-l'œil illusion and digital printing of photographic quality on microfiber fabric.
• Each item is made to order. Please note that the time from order payment to delivery to the customer us uo to 30 days.

WHAT IS KNITTED MICROFIBER?
 

Knitted microfiber is an innovative fabric made from ultra-fine fibers, each 100 times thinner than a human hair.

The invention of microfiber in 1976 in Japan revolutionized the textile industry. It led to the creation of a material with remarkable properties that no other fabric had before. Microfiber is strong and durable, soft and pleasant to the touch, highly absorbent, quick-drying, resistant to fading, and does not require ironing. It maintains its original color and quality even after prolonged use and multiple washes. It occupies minimal space in your wardrobe and suitcase.

• Wash at a temperature not exceeding 40°C—fabric cannot withstand high temperatures.
• Do not soak with bleach.
• Use gentle, non-aggressive detergents.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Hand or machine wash on the "Delicate" or "Synthetics" cycle, low spin speed.
• Hand or machine dry at low temperature (gentle drying), with the drum of the machine filled to one-third or more.
• If the item wrinkles during washing, it can be dried vertically on a hanger or horizontally on a fabric that absorbs moisture well.
• No ironing required! If you wish, items can be ironed with a "cold iron" setting, at the lowest temperature.
