Frau Blau eGift Card Terms and Conditions – Digital Product Policy

1. General: The Frau Blau eGift Card is a digital payment method valid for purchasing items exclusively at www.fraublau.haus. The card is not personalized and can be transferred to a third party.

2. Validity Period: In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the eGift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance  Note: After this period, the card will be cancelled and any unused balance will not be refunded.

3. Usage:

   1. The card can be used to purchase any item on the website, including items on sale, promotions, and special offers (Mivtzaim).

   2. If the purchase amount exceeds the card's balance, the difference can be paid using any other available payment method.

   3. If the purchase amount is less than the card's balance, the remaining credit will stay on the card for future use until its expiration.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

   1. The purchaser may cancel the eGift Card within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used. A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply.

   2. Items purchased with an eGift Card that are returned will be refunded as store credit or a new digital code, in accordance with the store's return policy.

5. Limitations: 

   1. The card cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law for balances under 5 NIS) and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

   2. When returning an item purchased with an eGift Card, the refund will be credited to the gift card balance or as a new code (purchase credit).

6. Responsibility: Frau Blau is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the digital code once it has been delivered to the provided email address.

7. Balance Check: You can check your card balance and expiration date in your personal account on the website or by contacting customer support.
